What ErgonHQ is
ErgonHQ is a platform where small businesses hire AI workers instead of buying more software. Each worker has a role, a real identity (a phone number, an email, a calendar), persistent memory, and the tools to actually finish work — and you pay a flat monthly salary per worker, not per seat or per feature.
The workers
- Sarah — dispatcher. Answers every inbound call and text 24/7 in English or Spanish, books jobs on your real calendar, sends confirmations and ETAs.
- Mike — accounts receivable. Sends invoices and follows up on late payments.
- Nina — reputation. Requests reviews from happy customers and monitors what people say about you.
- Ivy — SEO. Tracks how customers find your website and what to fix.
- Leo — sales. Finds and contacts prospects with compliant outreach.
- Maya — social media. Drafts posts for your approval and publishes them on schedule.
- Ada — ads. Proposes ad campaigns; nothing spends a dollar until you approve it, and hard budget caps are enforced in code.
- Olivia — manager. Reviews the other workers’ numbers and escalates to you when something needs a human.
How ErgonHQ uses your Google data
With your permission, ErgonHQ connects to your Google services to do this work on your behalf:
- Google Calendar — to check real availability and book, reschedule, and cancel the appointments your workers handle.
- Google Search Console — to analyze which searches bring customers to your website, so Ivy can recommend improvements.
- Google Ads — to create, launch, monitor, and pause the ad campaigns you explicitly approve.
ErgonHQ requests only the access needed for the features you turn on. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising to you, and never use Google user data to train generalized AI models. You can disconnect any Google service at any time from your dashboard, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Trust
Every caller is told they are speaking with an automated assistant. Every action a worker takes is written to an append-only ledger you can audit, and anything above the thresholds you set escalates to a person.
